ReceiptCash AI is an AI software app that scans your receipts and boarding passes and drafts refund, warranty and flight-delay claim letters for you. It's free to use — create an account, scan as much as you like, and see what you may be owed at no cost. You only pay a software service fee when a claim you choose to pursue actually succeeds.
💚 Our software service fee — 15%, only when a claim succeeds
You pay nothing to scan or to see your results. When the app helps you successfully claim a refund or compensation, a 15% service fee for using the software is applied from your prepaid service credits. No claim, no fee. The refund or compensation itself is always paid to you directly by the store or airline — it never passes through ReceiptCash.

If a valid claim you pursued is denied, upload the reply in the app and we refund the service fee straight back to your credit balance — no questions asked.
Example
The app helps you claim a $100 refund from a store → the software service fee is $15, and you keep $85. The store pays your $100 to you directly; if the claim is denied, your $15 service fee is refunded.
What you're purchasing — prepaid service credits
ReceiptCash uses prepaid service credits that pay the software service fee. These are credits for using the app — not a stored-value or e-money account. New users start with $1 in free credits. You buy credits through our secure checkout, and the 15% service fee is drawn from your balance when a claim succeeds.

Optional membership (coming soon)
We may offer an optional ReceiptCash Plus plan at $4.99 / month for premium features such as unlimited warranty tracking and priority claim handling. Any paid plan will always be clearly priced, optional, and cancellable at any time. You will see the price before you are charged.
Payments & billing
Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc., which handles billing, receipts, and any applicable taxes. We never see or store your full card details. Your card statement may show a charge from Polar or ReceiptCash.
